I always figured that when I did get around to building a website for myself, I would have a little page about Tallahassee, if for nothing else than to say: Do not ever rent from Mark Hinrichs! I have learned that it is best to know your rights as a renter and to rent from people who are respectful and watch our for your rights in that area.

As for Tallahassee itself, I think the town is great. Usually the people who I tell that to are surprised that I like this little isolated town with "nothing to do". Inevitably, these people have come here from cities like Miami or Fort Lauderdale and think that this little town is cramping their style.

Tallahassee is about 10 times the size of the city I grew up in, so I find there is usually plenty for me to do here.
