Technician24 was founded to serve Tallahassee and the surrounding community with competent, reasonably priced computer support. The other officers and I met through working for the State.

Technician24 is there I get most of my computer troubleshooting and diagnostic work done, since most of my work for the State has shifted to IT business process analysis. It is also a forum for me to introduce new technologies for small businesses, like ours. The first production Asterisk server I set up dutifully answers the phones for us, and looking for other solutions to automate our operations has led me to find many more interesting little projects than I possibly have time for.
